We pride ourselves on our customer service and If you call during off hours or during an extremely busy
time and get our voice mail system, we'll call you back within one business day or less. But our commitment
to customer service only begins when we take your order.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All Candlewood orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and we are not held accountable for
mis-delivered or lost packages. Tracking numbers will be provided by email to all customers to track their
packages. If you need an item sooner, we also offer UPS Shipping for Next day, 2nd day or next day a.m.
Keep in mind, we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
ONLINE GIFT CARDS
Customers may pickup orders in store between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. You will need proof of
purchase (receipt) to claim your gift cards. All orders will be held for up to 30 days, unclaimed gift cards
will be returned and there will be no refunds. Customers may pickup
items at Candlewood Salon & Day Spa at our Information Desk located at 14 Candlewood Lake Rd
Brookfield, CT 06804 (Near TJ Max.)
Our primary carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS), however; we do ship via USPS mail, and, Candlewood
Salon & Day Spa is not responsible for any mis-delivered or lost mail. Tracking numbers will be emailed to
all customers whereby they can track shipment.
